Chris is a United States Eventing Association Level II
instructor, one of only a handful upper level USEA Certified instructors in North Carolina. His students' results speak for themselves. In the 2006 eventing season, Chris' students brought home dozens of blue ribbons and over 40 Top 5 finishes from Maiden to Preliminary with strong showing right up to the Advanced level.
Chris offers training and lessons for horses and riders who want do it right and have fun in the process! He uses a calm, systematic, and patient approach, applying pressure when needed and words of encouragement when experiencing the never ending ups and down of training horses. Chris has proven success with the adult amateur, young riders. and aspiring professionals. He has developed numerous confident and successful young horses from Maiden up through Advanced and the CCI** level. Whether your horse needs help with the precision of dressage, the carefulness over show jumps, or bravery and footwork of cross country, Chris can help develop a champion.
Chris currently has openings for students and horses at all levels. Horses competing preliminary level and higher receive special discounted rates. Chris is available to help you and your horse.
