Chris is an Advanced Level Event rider and Certified USEA ICP Level II instructor with outstanding talent to develop horses into champions. Chris started his career working with international rider and coach, Michael Godfrey and had the opportunity to compete on some of Micheal's champions, Glendevlin, Diesel, Broomfield Warning, Allstate - all Advanced level horses during their peak.

Since beginning his eventing career, Chris has worked, trained and cliniced with some of the top riders, trainers and coaches in the sport of Three Day Eventing including Captain Mark Phillips, Bruce Davidson, Leslie Law, Jan Byyny, Robert Costello, Ralph Hill, and Peter Gray. Chris recently had the invaluable opportunity to work with the leading rider in the world, Phillip Dutton. Chris also participates regularly in clinics with such top dressage instructors as Jessica Ranshoussen.

Through years of studying Chris has developed his own style that emphasizes the systematic development of skill and techniques with strong focus on the fundamentals. Having trained multiple horses to the Intermediate and Advanced levels, Chris understands what it takes to create and develop a talented, capable, and enjoyable horse. His records and the records of his students' speak for themselves with multiple wins at all levels. More important than ribbons, the development of intelligent, well rounded, ethical horsemen with strong foundations is Chris' goal.
